Due to the nature of our web design and branding services, social media management, consulting and digital products, we have a firm no refund policy.  No refunds or credits will be issued, under no circumstances.

It is very important that you review your invoice, the product page, title and/or descriptions thoroughly.

Digital Products/ Digital Designs /Abandonment of Project:

If you fail to respond to us for a period of fourteen (14) days or more (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing), any project or service is considered abandoned and is closed.  If that happens, we reserve the right to keep all payments made and bill you for all extra work completed up until that point. If you wish to re-open an abandoned project, a new agreement and/or order will be required and will be subject to current pricing at that time. We do not archive abandoned/closed project files.

All payments made to Lulu Marketing Studio for design work are essentially for labor hours, not the actual design files. The creative time and energy it required to create the designs you specifically requested, ordered and paid for has already been spent. All sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.
